Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 July 2026

By using aimanac you agree to these terms. They're meant to be plain and fair.

Who provides aimanac

aimanac is provided by Dariusz Gugała (two71), ul. Maszynistów 19, 55-003 Wrocław, Poland (NIP: 8961368047, REGON: 366648559). Contact: admin@aimanac.garden.

The service

aimanac helps you plan and track a garden. It offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (see “Subscriptions, prices and renewal”). It's provided as-is and features may change over time.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Give us an email you actually control so you can recover access.

Subscriptions, prices and renewal

aimanac offers two paid plans, billed once a year: Standard (€49.99/year) and Premium (€99.99/year). Prices are in euro; the amount you pay, including any applicable VAT or tax for your country, is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each yearly period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the customer portal (Settings → Plan → Manage) or by contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day trial of Premium features. The trial doesn't require a card and doesn't automatically turn into a paid plan — you only pay if you choose to subscribe through checkout.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle). When you subscribe, Paddle is the Merchant of Record: your payment contract is with Paddle, Paddle appears on your statement, and Paddle issues your invoice and handles taxes. Your use of aimanac is governed by these Terms; the purchase itself is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. At checkout you expressly request that the subscription (a digital service) start immediately; if you then withdraw within those 14 days, a proportional amount for the part provided up to your withdrawal may be retained, as the law allows. The subscription is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (our Merchant of Record), so the withdrawal and any refund are handled through Paddle — contact admin@aimanac.garden (we'll help) or use the link on your Paddle receipt. See the Refund Policy. This does not limit your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel at any time. How refunds and the right of withdrawal work is set out in our Refund Policy.

Complaints and dispute resolution

You can raise a complaint about the service or a charge by emailing admin@aimanac.garden; we'll reply within 14 days. If we can't resolve it, EU/EEA consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution — in Poland, the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej).

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access, and don't upload unlawful content.

The “unlimited” AI features (chat, brief, photo diagnosis) are for normal personal use and subject to fair use: automated, scripted or excessive access, and reselling or redistributing the output, are not allowed. To keep the service reliable and affordable we apply reasonable rate limits and a generous daily cap, and may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the AI features.

Your content

Your garden data and photos remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the app can work for you (including sending prompts/photos to the processors named in the Privacy Policy).

Not professional advice

aimanac's briefs, sowing windows, companion suggestions and photo diagnoses are informational and generated automatically. They can be wrong. Use your own judgement before acting — especially for anything you'll eat, and for pest, disease or chemical decisions.

Availability & liability

The service is provided without warranties, and, to the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for lost harvests, plants or data arising from its use. If you are a consumer, we remain liable for the conformity of the digital service under mandatory law (in Poland, art. 43k et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act), and nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law — the disclaimers above apply only as far as the law allows.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and this choice of law does not deprive you of them.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. For material changes affecting paid subscriptions we'll notify you in advance. If you don't accept a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect and we'll refund the unused part of your prepaid period; otherwise, continued use after it takes effect means you accept it.
